We offer a revolutionary golf performance program, designed to help you move, feel, and play better. Our golf performance program takes an educational approach to teaching players how to understand different facets of fitness (mobility, stability, coordination, balance, strength) in order to bring out the best in your game. Our TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) certified experts identify and analyze each golfers’ physical abilities and limitations. We then build a personalized training program based around YOUR body’s needs.
We train individuals across the movement spectrum, from those looking to prevent injury, to those who are looking to take their game to the next level. Whether you’re looking to hit the ball farther, or stay on the course, we’ll help you meet your goals.
FREE SWING ANALYSIS
Learn more about how you can improve your fitness to improve your golf game! Send me videos (down the line and face on) of your golf swing, and I will analyze it. I will then set up an appointment with you to determine a plan of care to prevent injury and improve your performance.
ONLINE GOLF TRAINING SESSIONS
Due to COVID-19, I am now offering online golf fitness training that can be safely performed from the comfort of your home. It is performed through video conferencing services that allow for audio and visual feedback and instruction. Sessions can be 30 minutes or 1 hour, depending on what fits your schedule.

Hi, I'm Dr. Brian Lee, Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. I specialize in keeping people active and injury free. I believe in giving the tools you need to reach your goals and keep you doing the things you love.
I have a passion for sport specific performance training and rehabilitation. My job is to help you have a better understanding of how to keep your body feeling its best.
I believe that every body is unique. I have a passion for helping everyday people and athletes operate at their highest performance. I do this primarily by identifying where your neuromusculoskeletal mobility, strength, and coordination deficits are and designing a plan that fits your lifestyle.

Need more distance and power? Looking to get your body into shape? We perform TPI certified golf assessments that identify mobility, balance, posture, strength, speed, and coordination impairments. Next, we review how these contribute to movement faults and inefficiencies in your golf swing. We then put a plan in place to address the areas you need to reach peak performance.

We evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports related conditions. A Doctor of Physical Therapy will spend 1-on-1 time gathering your history and performing a head to toe assessment of your neuromusculoskeletal system. We help identify painful areas and movement dysfunction to help you better understand your condition.
After reviewing these things, we'll take a hands-on approach for putting a plan in place. We believe in individuals taking an active role in their care to start feeling better.

A certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) will perform a comprehensive review of your health, including sleep, nutrition, and exercise. Our fitness screen includes consideration of your functional activities and sport specific demands. This includes endurance, strength, power, agility, and flexibility testing. We then design an individualized program to help you reach your goals.
